Only children who will be five years of age on or before April 30th of the year they commence Foundation may be enrolled. Birth Certificates, Immunisation and Baptism Certificates (if applicable) are to be presented upon enrolment. We welcome children of other faith traditions to attend St Patrick’s on the understanding that they support the Catholic ethos of the school.

Enrolments for Foundation open in Term 2 and are finalised during Term 3.

Enrolments for other year levels are open throughout the year.

St Patrick’s holds an Open Day in Term 2 each year for prospective parents and students.

This is a great opportunity for families to tour the school and see our facilities.

Information Night: Monday 23rd May 2022 at 7pm

Foundation Transition Program

Our transition process includes the following steps:

Kindergarten/School Visits

During Term 3 our local kindergarten groups will visit St Patrick’s for an opportunity to explore the school and interact with our staff and students. 

Transition Program: Little Paddy’s

Beginning Term 3 children have the opportunity to attend St Patrick’s for an hour on a weekly basis visit. In Term 4 this increases to a 2 hour weekly visit. They engage in school readiness activities. They also have an opportunity to meet the teachers and other students with whom they will be working with once they begin school.

Parent Information Session

A parent information session is conducted during Term 4 each year and provides further information regarding school procedures. 2023 Foundation Information Night is on Tuesday 15th November 2022 at 6:30pm.

Get To Know Us Sessions

Parents and children enrolled in Foundation for the following year will meet with the Principal for an opportunity to get to know each other and ask any questions during Term 4.

Orientation Day 

The final piece of the transition process is the orientation morning in early December when children will spend time in their classroom with their teacher. 2023 Orientation Day Tuesday 6th December 2022.

Parents wishing to enrol their children in the school may obtain an enrolment application form from the School Office or via the links below. Applications are assessed according to the School Enrolment Policy.
